Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft and innovate a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and bread, ensuring each creation meets high standards of flavor and presentation.
- Manage inventory and sourcing of high-quality ingredients, maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure freshness and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, implementing strict hygiene practices in the kitchen environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
Culinary degree or specialized pastry certification from a recognized institution, showcasing foundational skills and knowledge.
Experienced in a high-volume pastry kitchen, demonstrating a track record of excellence and creativity.
Proven ability to create a wide variety of pastries and desserts, reflecting diverse techniques and cultural influences.
Strong understanding of ingredient properties and their interactions, enabling innovative recipe development.
