We are seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join leading confectionery shops and luxury hotels.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing, decorating, and serving a variety of oriental and western desserts, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare a wide range of pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, and breads using traditional and modern recipes.

Design and present desserts with creativity and aesthetic appeal.

Develop and update pastry menus according to trends and customer feedback.

Supervise and train pastry staff to maintain high standards.

Ensure strict hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations.

Monitor inventory and manage ordering of supplies.

Collaborate with kitchen teams for successful events and menu coherence.

Requirements

Proven experience as Pastry Chef in major confectionery shops or five-star hotels (minimum 3 years).

Culinary degree or equivalent certification focused on pastries.

Valid experience certificates from previous employers are highly desirable.

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, kitchen equipment, and health & safety standards.
