Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers to identify their specific parts needs, offering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Efficiently process parts orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, inventory, and delivery timelines to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, fostering loyalty and trust.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in automotive technology or related field is advantageous.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with customers.
- Exhibits strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software, parts catalogs, and inventory management tools.
