Education BSc of Mechanical Engineering (Preferably Automotive Major)
Job Description
To develop & implement engaging lesson plans for parts staff that covers all aspects of parts training courses, kaizen storage and warehouse management to support our dealership parts department running smoothly.
Lead training sessions for dealership staff- parts managers, consultants, and support teams helping them stay informed and aligned with Toyota Standards and eventually enhance their daily operations.
• Lead in-person training sessions focused on Toyota parts21 programs, inventory control & customer service best practices to assist the parts pass their certification required by TMC
• Continuously update and improve Training materials to support in the operation by staying updated with the latest automotive technologies & incorporate them into the training curricula
• Maintain records of trainees records & development to provide feedback to improve their skills & knowledge
• Track training effectiveness using feedback & assessments
• Ensure compliance with safety rules & regulation within the training facility to confirm best utilization for tools & equipment (mainly Practice Area maintenance)
• Conduct dealer visits to evaluate the performance level of the parts & accessories team & DPOK implementation program
Job Requirements
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 3-5 years in Parts operations or Parts training
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
• Deep understanding of Toyota Systems & Kaizen mindset
• Confidence in leading live sessions and training experience
• English proficiency; spoken & written
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Strong organizational & team management abilities
• Good leadership & time management skills
