Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the company’s building materials, electrical tools, industrial equipment, and hand & power tools business line.
  • Identify and qualify UCP as a supplier with major clients (corporates, government entities, and large buyers).
  • Manage registrations and supplier portals such as SAP Ariba and other e-procurement systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve measurable business targets.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with management in designing and implementing business development plans.
  • Act as a partner in growth, not just an employee.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales / business development within building materials, tools, or industrial supplies.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier registration, prequalification, and procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.).
  • Established network of clients with the ability to generate consistent business opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious, and motivated to work in a partnership model.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred (not mandatory).
  • Immediate availability to join and contribute.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).Industry:
