Role Summary

We re looking for a results-driven Partnership & Key Accounts Manager to lead strategic partnerships, drive revenue from B2B clients, and manage high-value relationships across the healthcare, insurance, and banking sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure strategic partnerships with insurers, corporates, banks, and health service providers.

Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and contract renewal.

Lead partner onboarding, integration, and relationship management.

Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Monitor partner performance, analyze ROI, and prepare regular reporting.

Negotiate commercial terms and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Represent Axon in partner meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.


Desired Candidate Profile

3 6 years of experience in B2B partnerships, key account management, or business development (preferably in healthtech, insurance, or fintech).

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver partner-specific value.

Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
