Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Partner Manager is responsible for developing, nurturing, and managing relationships with strategic partners, including system integrators, technology vendors, and resellers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their primary point of contact.

    • Conduct regular partner reviews, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

    • Ensure partners are aligned with the organization s strategic objectives and key initiatives.

  • Partner Onboarding and Enablement

    • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring compliance and readiness.

    • Develop and execute partner enablement plans, including training and certification programs.

    • Monitor partner performance and provide coaching to drive growth and efficiency.

  • Revenue and Performance Management

    • Track and report on partner-generated leads, pipeline contributions, and revenue growth.

    • Identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities with partners to maximize joint success.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner performance gaps and unlock new opportunities.

  • Strategic Collaboration and Solution Development

    • Work with partners to identify opportunities for joint solution development.

    • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and presales teams to align strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.

    • Drive innovation through joint initiatives, such as co-branded campaigns or solution launches.

  • Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning

    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the partner ecosystem.

    • Provide actionable insights to internal teams based on competitive analysis and partner feedback.

  • Proven ability to manage partner relationships and deliver measurable business results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and partner management platforms.
