Partner and Donor Relations Specialist

Job Purpose:

To build and manage strategic and professional relationships with donors and partners, ensuring their continued trust and sustained financial support for the Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS). The role includes effective coordination with relevant internal units to provide post-donation services, secure funding, deliver implementation reports to donors, and ensure compliance with donor requirements. This contributes to the sustainability of funding and presents a professional institutional image that reflects QRCS s commitment to transparency and efficiency in implementing humanitarian projects.

Job Requirements:

• Master s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in humanitarian or charitable work, or with international organizations.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Training in project management and report writing.
• Knowledge of international humanitarian principles.
• Proven experience in donor and partner relationship management.
• Strong skills in drafting and reviewing project proposals and reports.
• Commitment to transparency, compliance, and professional communication in humanitarian work.
