Parthenon Strategy Specialist (Gen AI) - Lebanon Ernst & Young AE

Your key responsibilities

As a Gen AI Specialist within the strategy consulting practice, you will lead complex, high-impact AI initiatives, driving innovation in strategy engagement delivery and aligning stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Collaborating with strategy practitioners and AI technology experts, you will define an AI product vision, prioritize AI product roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver AI led solutions that can bring tangible results to the engagements. Leveraging your AI expertise, your role will consist of leading the design-thinking of AI solutions for some of our top industry-leading clients willing to embark on new AI transformation journeys, while developing meaningful reusable Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions for your EY-P colleagues. You will support with designing and building MVPs - Minimum Viable Products, in alignment with the our goals.

Your clients may include global corporates, governments and public entities, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds; as well as key EY-Parthenon leaders who typically work directly with C-Suite executives on their strategic and transaction decisions.

Qualification and Experience:

• An MBA from a top tier business school or Masters from a top-ranking university.

• At least 2+ years of work experience, building digital products with strong product management toolkit, leading cross-functional teams in agile set-up across the full product development lifecycle.
• A previous experience with a top consulting firm with strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage effectively with both client and EY senior leadership
• Proficiency in working with UI/UX, RAG, APIs, and AI agents to develop and implement scalable AI solutions
• Familiarity with large group data management policies and know-how on how to appropriately manage firm data
• Expertise in all aspects of AI product development lifecycle and adjacent topics such as personas and user journeys
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of AI, ML and LLM products is preferred
• Proficiency in the English and Arabic language, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment
• Effective organization, time management with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• Willingness and ability to travel within the MENA region, when necessary (approximately 25-50% of time)
