Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients.
Stay informed about Dubai real estate trends, market prices, and regulations.
Evaluate the market value of properties, including potential value after renovation or upgrades.
Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the transaction process.
Prepare and manage property listings and related documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a real estate broker in the Dubai market.
Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong sales, negotiation, and client service skills.
Knowledge of Dubai property laws and procedures.
Ability to assess and compare property values ( market trends, investment potential).
Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car (mandatory).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be based in Dubai or willing to travel within the city.
