Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble burgers, fries, and other menu items following standardized recipes and quality control guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of beverages, including hot and cold drinks, smoothies, and specialty orders.
  • Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions, processing payments, and providing receipts.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Restock kitchen and front-of-house supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
  • Support senior kitchen staff and supervisors with daily prep tasks, cleaning, and inventory management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests

Requirements

Male candidates only, preferably with a valid UAE visa and NOC.

  • 1 3 years of hands-on experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting, with proven experience in burger preparation and beverage service.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills with accuracy in transactions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
  • Willingness to live on-site in provided accommodation during the assignment.
  • Must be available to start on December 1, 2025.

Note: This is a short-term, 30-day position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
