Reporting to the technical management, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and availability of the fleet. Your role will consist of coordinating between the technical teams and headquarters directives, while managing all maintenance activities.

You are responsible for:

• To ensure the operational link between the central technical department and local teams in order to deploy the group's preventive, predictive, predictive and corrective maintenance policies.
• Disseminate and supervise the application of the cleaning standards defined by the group.
• Ensure the completion of periodic interventions on buses and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines, in particular the mine inspections.
• Monitor maintenance-related performance indicators (consumption, recurring breakdowns, anomalies, etc.) and produce regular reporting to guide corrective and preventive actions.
• To supervise, support and coordinate local technical teams.
• Manage the purchase of spare parts and ensure the validation of needs.
• Conduct negotiations with local suppliers (prices, deadlines, warranty conditions, services, etc.).
• Oversee fuel supply and ensure continuity of operations with partner suppliers.
