Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Management of the equipment fleet:

  • Ensure the planning and optimization of the use of equipment.
  • Implement rigorous monitoring of the entry and exit of equipment.

Site logistics:

  • Work with site crews to meet their material needs.

Driver management:

  • Supervise the team of drivers and manage their work schedule.
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of drivers' schedules, trips and missions.
  • Ensure the training and compliance of drivers with safety standards.

Equipment maintenance:

  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
  • Ensure the follow-up of interventions and ensure the availability of equipment.

Supplier Management:

  • Negotiate with suppliers for the purchase and rental of equipment.
  • Evaluate and select service providers based on business needs.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Establish regular reports on the condition of the material stock and associated costs.
  • Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Supervise all the company's equipment and materials.

  • Organize the logistics of the sites, including the transport and handling of equipment.

          • Diploma in logistics, fleet management, industrial or mechanical maintenance (Bac+2 minimum desired).
          • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position (equipment fleet management, site logistics or maintenance).
          • Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance regulations.
          • Organizational and team management skills.
          • Familiarity with IT tools and fleet management software.
          • Rigor and sense of organization.
          • Good communication and negotiation skills.
          • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
          • ge: Between 25 and 45 years old.
