Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview The Parent Relations Executive serves as the primary point of contact between the school and parents, ensuring clear communication, high parent satisfaction, and strong engagement throughout the academic year. The role supports admissions, retention, issue resolution, and community-building initiatives while upholding the school’s values and service standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Parent Communication & Engagement Act as the first point of contact for parent queries, concerns, and feedback. Maintain consistent, professional, and empathetic communication with parents. Coordinate parent meetings, orientations, open houses, and school events. Support parent–school partnerships to enhance trust and satisfaction. 2. Issue Resolution & Support Handle parent concerns, complaints, and escalations in a calm and solution-focused manner. Coordinate with academic, administrative, and leadership teams to resolve issues promptly. Track and follow up on parent concerns to ensure closure and satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. 3. Admissions & Retention Support Support the admissions team during peak enrollment periods. Assist with parent tours, inquiries, follow-ups, and onboarding of new families. Support student retention initiatives through proactive parent engagement. Gather parent feedback to identify improvement areas and retention risks. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams Liaise with teachers, coordinators, and school leadership on parent-related matters. Support communication related to academic updates, events, policies, and announcements. Ensure alignment between parent expectations and school policies. 5. Data, Reporting & CRM Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and feedback. Update CRM or school systems with parent communication logs. Prepare periodic reports on parent satisfaction, concerns, and trends. Support surveys, feedback forms, and community initiatives. 6. Compliance & School Policies Ensure parent communication aligns with school policies and SPEA regulations. Support safeguarding, wellbeing, and child protection protocols. Uphold the school’s mission, values, and service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field Minimum 2–4 years of experience in parent relations, admissions, customer service, or school administration Experience in an international or UAE school environment preferred Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage) Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities High emotional intelligence and empathy Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to work in a multicultural environment Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and school management systems
