Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Conducting extensive legal research related to various cases, statutes, regulations, and legal topics for senior lawyers.
2. Executing a marketing plan to attract clients to the company.
3. Preparing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and formal legal applications or submissions.
4. Organizing case files and arranging documents electronically and physically.
5. Arranging, managing, and following up on required procedures before courts, tribunals, and governmental authorities.
6. Summarizing judicial judgments, laws, and regulations.
7. Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and documents.
8. Preparing and presenting legal reports and case updates.
9. Attending meetings or hearings – when necessary – to take notes (without legal representation).
10. Supporting the legal team in daily tasks and record-keeping.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Experience should not be less than 7-8 years as a Paralegal.
· Excellent proficiency in all necessary IT functions.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines.
· Fluency in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) – mandatory.
· Age should be between 35 and 40.
