 Requirements

Requirements:

  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Foreman Experience: Minimum 10 years in painting-related work
  • Proven experience working on Topside, Jackets, or Sub sea Structures.
  • In-depth knowledge of paint materials, coating systems, and application techniques.
  • Strong understanding of surface preparation standards (e.g., SSPC, ISO, NACE).
  • Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer skills, including email usage and documentation.
  • Ability to work in challenging offshore or remote site environments.
  • Valid certifications relevant to safety and coating application (e.g., SSPC, NACE, OSHA) are highly desirable.
