Requirements
Requirements:
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Foreman Experience: Minimum 10 years in painting-related work
- Proven experience working on Topside, Jackets, or Sub sea Structures.
- In-depth knowledge of paint materials, coating systems, and application techniques.
- Strong understanding of surface preparation standards (e.g., SSPC, ISO, NACE).
- Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
- Basic computer skills, including email usage and documentation.
- Ability to work in challenging offshore or remote site environments.
- Valid certifications relevant to safety and coating application (e.g., SSPC, NACE, OSHA) are highly desirable.
