Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare wood surfaces by sanding, scraping, and filling imperfections to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Apply primers, paints, stains, and varnishes to wood surfaces, using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, with precision.
  • Mix and match colors to achieve the desired aesthetic, paying close attention to detail and color accuracy.
  • Inspect painted surfaces for defects and make necessary corrections to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Estimate material needs and manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure project efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wood painting, highlighting a proven track record of practical application.
