Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform industrial and tank painting including surface preparation, cleaning, sanding, and rust removal. Apply primer, undercoat, and final coats according to project requirements. Mix and match paint colors to achieve correct shades and finishes. Use spray gun, brush, or roller depending on job needs. Ensure proper coating thickness and smooth finishing on tanks and steel structures. Handle touch-up and maintenance painting on site or in workshop. Clean and maintain all painting tools and equipment. Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective gear (mask, gloves, coveralls, etc.). Assist in other general duties such as loading, cleaning, or helping welders and fabricators when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skilled and experienced in industrial/tank painting and primer application. Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and surface preparation techniques. Physically fit and capable of working in workshop and outdoor environments. Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious. Can perform additional general helper tasks when required. Prior experience in metal fabrication or industrial projects is an advantage. Candidates currently in the UAE and available to join immediately preferred.
