About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Paid Ads Strategist who knows how to make ads work harder, smarter, and louder. If Meta, Google, SEO, and keywords get you buzzing and you love the challenge of pushing brands to the top this is your playground.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and run Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with strong ROI focus.

• Build and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, keyword research, backlinks).

• Use tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console to track performance.

• Optimize campaigns, analyze results, and suggest smart improvements.

• Work with our Dubai marketing team to boost clients to the top of search rankings.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of performance marketing experience (agency background preferred).

• Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns & SEO projects.

• Strong skills in keywords, analytics, and growth strategies.

• Ability to present results clearly and bring fresh campaign ideas.
