Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Communicate service prices and assist customers with booking and inquiries.
Handle inbound calls promptly, ensuring accurate and efficient reservations.
Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
Manage online bookings via live chat and respond to emails as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in using computers and communication tools
Moderate experience in MS Word and Excel
Good knowledge of Lebanon s major geographical areas
