Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and develop a sales pipeline.
Must focus on generating sales by identifying and building relationships with interior designers and other potential clients within the design and decor industry.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
Valid driver s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Basic computer skills for reporting and CRM usage.
Preferred Skills:
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt sales approaches to different customer needs.
Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.
