Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for pest control services.
  • Meet with clients to present and promote company services.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Stay updated on competitors offerings and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory if strong sales background).

Experience: Minimum 2 3 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in facility management, pest control, cleaning, or service-based industries.

Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of pest control services, chemicals, and treatments (training will be provided).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Good presentation skills to explain services clearly to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Presentable with good interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
  • Good command of English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
  • Age: 24 35 years old.
