Key Accountabilities

Promote and sell car tires to existing and potential customers.
•
Identify and target new business opportunities within the automotive market.
•
Provide customers with product information, pricing, and promotional offers.
•
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
•
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
•
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
•
Proven experience in outdoor sales Executive, preferably within the tire industry.
•
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
•
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
•
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
•
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•
Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
•
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
