Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Present and explain our products or services persuasively, highlighting key features and benefits to address customer needs and objections.
  • Manage and maintain a database of leads, accurately recording all interactions, sales activities, and customer information.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, contributing to team and company goals.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, nurturing relationships and driving them through the sales pipeline.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven outbound telesales experience.
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, self-motivated, and adaptable to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates with India/Pakistan/Sri Lanka nationality preferred.
