Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for digital marketing services. You will generate new business through outbound outreach, engage leads across multiple channels, and drive conversions by presenting tailored offers and closing deals. This role requires strong negotiation skills, pipeline management, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage new leads, primarily for the cost-per-placement model.
Utilize data scraping tools and outbound outreach approaches to generate lead lists and develop effective outreach strategies.
Engage leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, emails, and social messaging, using personalized approaches to initiate conversations and build relationships.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, consistently qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for follow-up and deal closure.
Sales Cycle Management
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Negotiate with prospects to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
Drive conversions by presenting tailored offers, demonstrating the value of services, and closing deals effectively.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information, ensuring all sales activities are properly logged.
Relationship Building & Networking
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present customized solutions that meet their business objectives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring high-quality service and post-sale follow-up.
Continuously apply different outbound outreach strategies to expand the reach of sales efforts and drive consistent results.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and client needs.
Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and feedback to leadership regarding lead quality, sales strategies, and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate with the team about performance metrics, sales targets, and conversion rates to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in newsletter sales or digital marketing.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with full sales cycle management, from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems to track sales activity, manage leads, and report performance.
Experience with data scraping tools is a plus.
Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to exceed sales targets and grow within the company.

Desired Candidate Profile
