Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps in structure, processes, and capabilities.

  • Design and implement OD interventions such as competency frameworks, performance management systems, and career development programs.
  • Support succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformation.
  • Analyse HR and business data to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
  • Provide training and workshops to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on culture and engagement initiatives.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 4-5 years of experience in OD, talent management, or HR development.
  • Strong knowledge of OD models, performance management, and change management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Background in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
