Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement organizational development strategies to support business objectives and enhance overall performance.

  • Lead initiatives to assess, design, and improve organizational structures, processes, and culture.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify talent gaps and create targeted development programs.
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational growth or restructuring.
  • Design and deliver training programs focused on leadership, team building, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze employee performance data to recommend and implement improvement plans.
  • Drive succession planning and career development initiatives for key roles within the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across all departments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development, talent management, or a similar HR function.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
