Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Organization Development
- Lead the design and implementation of OD initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness, agility, and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct organization diagnostics to identify areas for improvement in structure, culture, leadership, and workforce capability.
- Develop frameworks for change management, succession planning, and talent pipeline readiness.
- Partner with leaders to design interventions that build high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and learning sessions that support leadership growth and employee engagement.
2. Performance Management
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company s performance management system.
- Drive the performance review process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations, ensuring fairness, transparency, and business alignment.
- Train and support managers in providing effective feedback and coaching to drive individual and team performance.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, skill gaps, and development needs, and translate insights into actionable talent strategies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to integrate performance outcomes into talent reviews, promotions, and reward systems.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement and retention.
- Partner with the Communications and HR teams to implement culture programs that reinforce company values and strengthen employee experience.
- Monitor engagement survey results, develop action plans, and track progress against key engagement metrics.
4. Learning & Development Alignment
- Work closely with the Learning & Development team to align programs with organizational and individual performance needs.
- Identify and implement leadership development initiatives that prepare future leaders and enhance managerial capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in OD, performance management, or talent development roles.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior, performance management frameworks, and change management methodologies.
- Proven track record of driving culture transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership across functions.
