Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of OD strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Support organizational assessments and identify development needs through data analysis and diagnostics.
  • Facilitate initiatives focused on change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to implement performance management systems and KPIs.
  • Lead or support employee engagement initiatives and surveys, and drive follow-up action plans.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs that align with business goals and individual growth.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on OD initiatives and their impact on business performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in OD and recommend improvements accordingly.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to ensure alignment between OD initiatives and training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • 2 4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR functions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing OD or HR initiatives is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and survey tools.
