Presentation
Born from the desire to respond to the economic, political and social challenges of Morocco and Africa, the International University of Rabat (UIR) is the first public university with private management under contract with the Moroccan state. Founded in 2010, it has become, in its first years of existence, a model of innovative establishment in accordance with the best international standards in the field of Higher Education and Research.
With more than 8,500 students and participants in continuing education, the UIR offers a multidisciplinary training offer that covers the fields of Engineering, Architecture, Health Sciences, Human and Social Sciences, Management, etc. In terms of continuing education, the UIR supports public and private institutions in strengthening the capacities of their teams with diversified programs of Executive masters, licenses, certificates that cover the sectoral strategies driven by Morocco.
Research and innovation also constitute a major axis of the University's strategy, which is expressed through academic publications, applied research and an active R&D policy with nearly 540 patents filed, including 100 internationally, which ranks it as the leading university in Morocco and Africa in terms of patent filings (source OMPIC).
Young, dynamic, civic-minded, our university, which benefits from growing attractiveness and a recognized capacity for innovation, is today launching an ambitious development program to reach 41,000 students by 2040.
Mission
The Organization and Quality Manager is responsible for the entire documentary corpus, both complete and evolving (processes, procedures, standards, quality evidence, etc.). It is responsible for defining, optimizing, managing and continuously improving organizational processes, in order to support the achievement of the University's strategic objectives and contribute to improving its overall performance.
Implementation and maintenance of the documentary corpus:
• Support growth through ambitious organizational transformation work: structuring in terms of processes and procedures, in line with the current organization and the resources in place.
• Manage organizational projects from the framing of business needs to implementation
• Coordinate the industrialization of activities in close collaboration with all central departments and colleges, and in alignment with the orientations of the presidency and the strategy.
• Respect deadlines,deliverables and procedures for organizational transformation projects
• Support change management.
Implementation and functional administration of the organizational transformation management tool:
• Manage the implementation and implementation of the organizational transformation management tool and document management (Processes, procedures, risks and controls)
• Provide user training, and support for change and deployment
• Promoting operational excellence:
• Carry out holistic analyses and diagnostics to identify transformation opportunities (organizations, processes, working methods, risks and opportunities)
• Design and propose process improvement solutions, using process management and value-added analysis techniques
Implementation of a certifiable process quality management system:
• Implement a QMS
• Manage process and management system quality audits
• Implement a continuous improvement plan Profile Required profile:
