Job Description

As an Order Processing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our order fulfillment process. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring that everything from order entry to delivery is executed with precision and efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle high volumes of orders while maintaining accuracy. You will interact directly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed according to company standards. The role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to handling potential obstacles in the order processing lifecycle.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end order processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Input customer orders into the company's order management system with high accuracy.
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates and potential delays to customers promptly.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient dispatch and delivery schedules.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a professional manner.
  • Review and analyze order reports to identify trends or errors and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the order processing cycle.
  • Work closely with the inventory team to verify stock availability and manage backorders.
  • Coordinate with the sales department to manage special orders and priority requests.
  • Maintain records of all orders processed for auditing and reference purposes.
  • Assist in developing and updating order processing procedures and workflows.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or potential system improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in order processing or related roles within a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and order management software systems.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in record-keeping are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
