Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and database solutions using Oracle technologies.
  • Write efficient, reusable, and reliable PL/SQL code to support application functionality.
  • Optimize and tune database performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement database schemas, tables, views, triggers, and stored procedures.
  • Perform data migration, integration, and transformation tasks as needed.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues to ensure system reliability.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with best practices and organizational policies.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for ongoing maintenance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle features, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of proven experience as an Oracle Backend or Database Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle database design, development, and administration.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL programming and performance tuning.
  • Experience with database schema design, normalization, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
