Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and database solutions using Oracle technologies.
- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable PL/SQL code to support application functionality.
- Optimize and tune database performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and implement database schemas, tables, views, triggers, and stored procedures.
- Perform data migration, integration, and transformation tasks as needed.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues to ensure system reliability.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with best practices and organizational policies.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for ongoing maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle features, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of proven experience as an Oracle Backend or Database Developer.
- Strong expertise in Oracle database design, development, and administration.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL programming and performance tuning.
- Experience with database schema design, normalization, and optimization.
- Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-level environments.
