Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including but not limited to:
    Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal)
    Inventory Management
    Order Management
    Product Data Hub
    Supply Chain Planning (preferred)
    Manufacturing (preferred)
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and map them to Fusion functionalities.
  • Configure and set up SCM modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Prepare functional design documents (MD50s), training manuals, test scripts, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support production rollout.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SCM modules and advise on best practices.
  • Keep track of Oracle Cloud quarterly release updates and assess their impact on existing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–8 years of overall Oracle ERP experience, with at least 3–4 years in Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Strong functional expertise in Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules.
  • Experience in 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
  • Sound knowledge of related Finance modules and their integration points.
  • Strong skills in documenting requirements, business processes, and solution designs.
  • Proficiency in testing, issue resolution, and user training.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.
  • Oracle Cloud SCM certification(s).
  • Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules and migration projects to Fusion.
  • Experience in OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Oracle Fusion SCM certification is highly desirable.
