Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant QUESSCORP MANPOWER SUPPLY SERVICES LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across one or more functional areas (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM).
• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and propose Oracle-native or custom solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules to meet business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations.
• Execute and support system testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure successful go-lives.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users.
• Work closely with technical consultants and development teams to ensure solution integrity.
• Support upgrades, patching, and change requests as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle ERP solutions.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Expertise in one or more modules:
  Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
  Fusion SCM: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management
  Fusion HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in the relevant functional areas.
• Experience in Cloud implementations and support projects.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of Fusion Security roles and privileges.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
