Our client is a one of leading global FMCG distributor with operations across 5 continents. We are recruiting for Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to be based in Dubai, UAE. This is an onsite role.


Self-driven Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Analyst with deep expertise in Financials and Accounting modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud Financial applications across the organization while ensuring efficient implementations, minimal disruption, and adherence to standardized business process and compliance standards. This role acts as a liaison between the commercial and operations teams as a functional leader to drive timely and successful implementations, upgrades and support efforts


Essential Duties

· Lead the analysis, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financialsmodules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

· Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

· Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud Financial applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high user satisfaction.

· Design and document business processes and system configuration, ensuring alignment with best practices and internal controls.

· Manage change requests and participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Develop and maintain functional specifications, training materials, and end-user documentation.

· Support month-end and year-end close activities through issue resolution and system configuration management.

· Collaborate with IT and business users during Oracle quarterly updates, regression testing, and system validation.

· Monitor data integrity, reconcile interfaces, and support audit and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle ERP systems, including at least 4 years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials supporting diverse industries (FMCG Trading or Distribution industry will be preferred).
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles and finance operations.
  • Proven experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and user support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Reporting Tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Financial Reporting Center).
  • Experience with integrations and interfacing with external systems (banking platforms, payroll, tax systems).
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
