Oracle Finance with PPM

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with PPM expertise for an onsite project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge in Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, coupled with hands-on experience in cloud ERP implementations, data migrations, and regulatory adaptations specific to the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across Financials and PPM modules
  
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, CM, FA in Oracle Cloud Financials
  
• Deliver solutions in PPM modules including Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Capital Projects
  
• Conduct data migrations using FBDI and ADFDI tools
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, prepare functional documents, and design solutions
  
• Create and customize reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
  
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and business practices
  
• Provide UAT support, end-user training, and post-implementation maintenance
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 714 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials & PPM
  
• In-depth knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Capital Projects, and Contracts
  
• Experience with full-cycle implementations and data migration methodologies (FBDI, ADFDI)
  
• Familiarity with Oracle BI tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
  
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes
  
• Excellent problem-solving, client interaction, and documentation skills
