Minimum 5 + years of experience in Oracle Hyperion / EPM products

We are looking for a Oracle EPM Lead Solution Architect with a strong expertise and experience in Oracle EPM Cloud. Should have at least 3 to 4 years of experience Oracle Hyperion The candidate should bring 5 + years of experience in enterprise performance management, with a deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, planning and budgeting cycles, and business reporting requirements.

Should have worked on a Minimum of 5 end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations

Should have worked on a Minimum of 5 end-to-end Oracle Hyperion implementations

Have you worked on Upgrade (Hyperion)/ Support Engagements(Both Hyperion and EPM)

Should have strong Middle East experience.

Lead functional architecture, solution design and implementation across Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning & Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Narrative Reporting, Profitability and cost management cloud service (PCMCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS) and Tax Reporting cloud services(TRCS).

· Provide subject matter expertise in finance transformation initiatives involving both modern EPM Cloud applications and legacy Oracle Hyperion systems.

· Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and design budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.

· Translate business needs into solution blueprints and implementation plans aligned with Oracle best practices.

· Facilitate design workshops, solution demos, and fit-gap analysis with client stakeholders.

· Guide data integration needs from a functional perspective in collaboration with technical teams.

· Support the transition from Hyperion to Oracle EPM Cloud through gap analysis, change management, and process optimization.

· Validate solution design, test strategy, and reporting outputs to ensure business satisfaction.

· Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and client leadership.
