Roles & Responsibilities



Provide technical expertise for HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Oracle Learning Management (OLM), and iRecruitment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including workflow failures, concurrent program errors, and data inconsistencies.

Support statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, especially for Payroll (e.g., tax updates, reporting).

Experience in integrating HRMS with third-party applications
