Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in Oracle EBS implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
  • Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement Oracle EBS solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Configure Oracle EBS modules, including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing, tailoring them to specific business needs.
  • Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the stability and functionality of the Oracle EBS system.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize the Oracle EBS system and maximize its benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals, for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS releases, patches, and updates, and proactively recommend and implement necessary upgrades.
  • Provide expert advice on Oracle EBS best practices, guiding clients on how to leverage the system to achieve their business goals.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Possess Oracle EBS certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in relevant modules, highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with Oracle EBS modules within the Manufacturing and Supply chain domain.
  • Proven ability to configure Oracle EBS modules, write functional specifications, and perform system testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.
  • Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting is essential.
  • A strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
