Oracle Developer - Bilingual ( English / Arabic) Hr90 Degrees Consulting Services FZ LLC

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Developer to join our Client's team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in Oracle application development, capable of

designing and implementing multilingual user interfaces and reports in both Arabic and

English. This role involves full-cycle development, including design, implementation,

optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle-based applications.

Development & Implementation:

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle applications (forms, reports, conversions,

interfaces, and custom modules).

• Interpret business and technical requirements to implement effective Oracle solutions.

• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and database scripts.

• Optimize existing application code for enhanced performance

Database Design & Data Integrity:

• Create and manage schema objects.

• Implement and enforce data integrity constraints and business rules.

Code Quality & Documentation:

• Write clean, maintainable code with detailed documentation.

• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and

deployment guidelines.

• Conduct design reviews and suggest technical enhancements.

Support & Collaboration:

• Provide technical support and guidance to fellow developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.

• Support integration efforts and participate in user acceptance testing and bug

resolution.
