Conduct research and development activities related to optical products.
Test and evaluate optical components and systems.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers on product specifications and improvements.
Support the commercialization of new optical technologies.
Maintain technical documentation, reports, and quality standards.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and innovations in optical technology.
Assist in troubleshooting optical issues and providing technical solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in optical product development or R&D.
Strong technical knowledge of optical components and systems.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and testing procedures.
