Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, including medication prescriptions, lifestyle recommendations, and follow-up care.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including cataract extraction and laser therapy, ensuring precision and patient safety throughout the process.
  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and retinal diseases using advanced diagnostic equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Completion of a residency program in ophthalmology, with additional fellowship training preferred in subspecialties such as retina or glaucoma.
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with a focus on ophthalmology from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic imaging techniques and surgical procedures, with the ability to adapt to new technologies as they emerge.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in ophthalmology, with a strong track record of successful patient outcomes.
