Operator Technician

Reports to: Senior Supervisor

Job Description:

• Operate machinery and tools to produce ductwork components as per technical drawings and specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance checks to keep equipment in optimal condition.

• Monitor machine output and report defects or issues to supervisors promptly.

• Coordinate with team members to meet production and quality targets.

• Adhere to safety regulations and standard operating procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• 1 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or duct fabrication environment.

• Ability to operate industrial machinery with attention to safety and accuracy.

• Basic understanding of duct fabrication methods and materials.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
