An exciting opportunity is available for (Operator, Forklift ) based in Riyadh - KSA. who will report directly to Logistics Supervisors.

Summary:

Operating Forklift and Load & Offload materials to and from trucks and containers.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

• Understands and complies with health, safety, security and environmental policies and procedures by practice and ensure safe working environment prior conducting works.
• Handles inbound / outbound loads in accordance with internal standards, including yard operations, unloading and loading of trucks/containers, receiving into warehouse, storing product, cycle counting, staging orders for picking/packing (e.g., for MROs), labeling.
• Performs materials planning requirements for various commodities including finished product packaging.
• Performs and expedites duty exemptions and formalities with local authorities.
• Processes handling activities according to defined procedures including unpacking, verifying quantities and quality of inbound shipments as per documentation.
• Carries out receipt and put away/storage and issue of raw material, feedstock, MROs spare parts, consumables. Handles and stores accurately in accordance with HSE procedures and quality guidelines by verifying goods received against the order specifications.
• Inspects goods and materials received in order to ensure that the right quantity has been delivered and there are no defects or damage to the goods reporting any discrepancy/damage or short receipt to the supervisor.
• Ensures adherence to special precautions for storage of HAZMAT, volatile/inflammatory or sensitive materials to ensure safety.
• Checks and verifies quantities/ product codes/ and other relevant information for incomplete/ incorrect receipts to ensure conformance with receiving orders. Consults with supervisors in the event of non-conformance.
• Handles inbound / outbound work-orders such packaging, labeling, loading of trucks/containers, while adhering to HSE and operating instructions.
• Documents all shipments according.
• Comply with site/company safety driving and materials handling procedures and regulations.
• Ensure Equipment is safe to operate.
• Maintain and conduct daily physical inspection on the assigned mobile equipment before operating the equipment.
• Ability to perform daily inspections on equipment and report any defects or needed repairs and the use equipment lockout / tag out system.
• Operate different rent sizes of forklifts in safe and efficient way as per company safety procedures.
• Ensures proper housekeeping and maintain his equipment and working area clean and teddy.
• General Movements of palletized, dry bulk, and liquid products in term of loading and offloading trucks, containers, stacking, put away and dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate records of product movements and tracking.
• Maintains Daily activity Report & Checklist.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma in Plastic Fabrication, and 2 years of relevant experience in Forklift Operation.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Good skills in operating Forklifts
• Knowledge & understanding about plastic processing especially on plastic extrusion process.
