Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, prioritizing workflow optimization and resource allocation.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, driving operational excellence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations supervision or management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is highly desirable to demonstrate expertise in process improvement.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or manufacturing industries is advantageous for understanding operational challenges.
