RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in both the US and MENA offices.
- Ensure smooth operations and communication between the US and MENA office locations, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Handle travel arrangements efficiently, ensuring all logistics are cost-effective and well-coordinated.
- Oversee purchasing processes and maintain solid supplier relationships.
- Maintain and manage all external requirements, including legal, accounting, and state requirements, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and support.
- Support budget planning and management activities.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on operational performance, focusing on key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to support overall business objectives and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Coordinate with the IT representative to provide IT support and ensure seamless technology operations across offices.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management.
- Proven experience in managing day-to-day business operations and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Strong knowledge of legal and accounting requirements.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operations management experience with professional construction consultancies is a plus.
