Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining all deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with teams such as operations, marketing, product/tech, and external partners to ensure timely and smooth project execution.
- Support the launch and implementation of new operational initiatives and pilot programs.
- Build and define KPIs and success metrics for each project in alignment with project owners and leadership.
- Develop the necessary tracking tools and reports to monitor performance and ensure transparency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, or delays, proactively adjusting plans as needed.
- Own internal communication and stakeholder alignment, keeping everyone informed with structured updates and clear next steps.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, blockers, and strategic decisions needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering.
2 4 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or fast-paced start-up roles.
Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage projects end-to-end with clear frameworks.
Strategic mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, Excel).
Experience in setting up reporting dashboards and KPIs is a plus.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
