We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Officer to join our team and contribute to our success.


*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage Courier, Airfreight, and Seafreight inbound and outbound operations from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient operations that exceed client expectations.

- Conduct thorough market research and evaluate air freight pricing by country for accurate and competitive quotes, promoting our best offerings.

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless operations, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.

- Strong communication with internal team; report to accountant the charges, sales price, billing party, etc.

- Organize and manage documentation and operational tasks with precision to maintain compliance and enhance efficiency.

- Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations.

- Coordinating with shippers, consignees, and agents to update and track shipment status.

- Preparing and organizing necessary documentation for customs clearance.

- Arranging timely deliveries and ensuring smooth last-mile coordination.

- Shift time flexibility.


*Qualifications:*

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of logistics processes.

- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Arabic is a plus, enhancing our service to a broader client base.

- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

- Proficiency in industry-related software and technology, enabling efficient management of operations and reporting.

- Strong analytical skills for pricing strategies, market trends, and financial forecasting.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively, adapting to changing situations swiftly.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and client inquiries promptly.

- Team player mentality, contributing to a positive work environment and collaborative efforts.
