Roles & Responsibilities
We PROPSTONE REAL ESTATE are pleased to announce an exciting leadership opportunity. We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Operations Manager to oversee our real estate operations in JVC, Dubai. This is a key leadership role for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in real estate management, business development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate for this position will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day real estate operations in various departments like sales, leasing, marketing, property operations management, and finance, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
• Ensures that the company adheres to all legal requirements, including licensing, contracts, and property operations regulations.
• Oversees the implementation and maintenance of property management Operations Manager software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other applications that enhance productivity and efficiency
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Strategize marketing plans, & branding campaigns to maximize our target reach in the industry.
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 5-7 years of experience in a senior managerial role within the Dubai real estate sector (mandatory).
• Proven leadership capabilities with a results-oriented mindset, Strong ability to multitask, this position requires a very dynamic individual who is passionate and result oriented.
• Knowledge in Dubai Land Department regulations and processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Real Estate CRM Software (Reapit/Property Finder/Dubizzle/Profolio)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Ability to drive growth while maintaining operational excellence.
