Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization s mission specifically, support in management reporting, information flow, and business process optimization.
- Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Manage and lead a cross-functional team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Manage the procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
- Prepare and control the operational budget to promote profitability and ensure resources are used effectively.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Liaise with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners, vendors, and suppliers.
- Uphold and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout all operations.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an Operations Management or similar leadership role.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
- Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools:
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Modeling)
- Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation (a significant advantage)
- Strong knowledge of operational management and financial principles, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people management skills with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- In-depth understanding of project management principles and performance metrics.
